Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant relationship between scouting extracurricular activities and the development of life skills and to find out how much the relationship between scouting extracurricular activities and the development of students' life skills at MIN 7 Bandar Lampung. The research method used is quantitative. This research was conducted at MIN 7 Bandar Lampung with a sample of 37 students. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The data analysis technique for testing this research hypothesis is the product moment correlation formula. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between scouting extracurricular activities and the development of students' life skills at MIN 7 Bandar Lampung. This is proven by the product moment correlation coefficient value of 0.521 with a significance value of 0.001, which means that the more actively students participate in scouting activities, the higher the development of life skills that students have.
